No. A sifting cooling table is a very nice luxury not a necessity (for the sweet A1 aluminum sweet machine The master series its a must.) Most people that buy this machine will drill holes in the bottom of the dump bins or simply put a screen in the bottom. However If you can afford a sifting cooling table buy it you will love it.
